• Listing view counts and click analytics (stored locally in your browser)

• Display your listings to potential renters
• Send you notifications about your listings and account activity

• With other users: Your listing details (excluding masked address) are visible to all users. Your contact information is shared only when you choose to reveal it.

• For legal reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Affiliate Links & Commissions

Affiliate links are clearly identified on listing pages and throughout the platform. Our affiliate partners include moving companies, insurance providers, and other rental-related services. We only partner with services we believe provide genuine value to our users.

Affiliate commissions help us keep the platform free for buyers and sellers. We are committed to transparency about these relationships.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Remember your preferences and saved listings (stored in localStorage)
• Analyze platform usage to improve our service
• Serve relevant content and listings

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Listing data is retained for 90 days after a listing is removed. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Some information may be retained longer where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable law, you have the right to:
