Our Story
Aafno Ghar is run by Bhim Kumar Sharma and family, under Bhim & Gita Group Private Limited — a Siliguri family business, not a startup chasing scale. We're not a marketplace where anyone can post a listing; every property here has been personally sourced, visited and vetted by our own team.
That's a deliberate choice. Property is one of the biggest decisions a family makes, and in and around Siliguri that decision is still made through trust and local knowledge — knowing the roads behind the addresses, the right price for a plot in Matigara versus Salbari, which papers are actually in order.
